Plain and simple. They are bat shit crazy like many many abusive straight parents.

    Well said.

I try to avoid blanket statements. However, what's the ratio break down to? That's something I don't know and I think it's safe to say that in the US and world wide there are a lot more heterosexual parent than gay parents.

I agree though with your last sentence.

All three would be dead before that article hit the printers in certain parts of the world.

I noticed though a lot of times you feed the God angle to an extent when it comes to gay/other sort of relationships. It's a TARP!

I believe in God, but I don't even care what the bible says. Things like these are just disgusting to me. Is there anything wrong with it just being disgusting to me?

Some people like to poop on each other. I find that disgusting, maybe you do as well. If you do then you understand what I think of these things. My belief in God does not even play a part until a little later in the thought process.

And faith is almost literally saying "I don't know how this works, so god did it" and never trying to figure out the real answer.

    Except, it's not. Generally speaking.

I get the humor, but that is actually a good comparison. Jesus was basically the first popular hippy, and very liberal in his teachings. Which has always made me question the majority of his followers today being conservative and more interested in personal liberties. Todays republican party doesnt seem to preach a lot of "give away your money to the needy", because a rich man going to heaven would be more difficult than a camel passing through a needles eye. But the majority do push christianity pretty hard.

Jesus left his followers only two laws. To love God with all your heart, soul and mind, and to love your neighbor as yourself. He never said, "unless they are gay".

I mean I guess you can just pick and choose which laws to use when they are necessary to your cause.
Wrong, He did not abolish the Laws. (See below)

The Laws given by God to Moses were garbage?
