Jos A Bank or Mens Wearhouse?

I typically go to MW for professional work attire, but saw one of these Jos A Bank stores today. Anyone shopped there before? Any better than MW for business attire?

Jos A Bank sells the same shit (perhaps a wider selection of fabric) as MW. Jos A. Bank is ususally more "proud" of their stock than MW, I say MW.

I usually shop at Mens Wearhouse but their shit is expensive. I picked up another suit and shoes cause they were running a 50% off 3 pc suits and the shit was still expensive.. I am inclined to believe Jos A Bank is more, but have never been personally.

Jos A Bank is quite a bit more expensive in my experience.

I say neither. Go with K&G. Super cheap and it is decent. They always have buy 1 get 1 free sales an stuff.

I've shopped at Jos A Bank many times but I still end up buying at Mens Warehouse or K&G.

IMO Jos A Bank simply doesn't have any superior quality to justify the higher prices. It is pretty much on par with MW. K&G is definitely the cheaper of the three in quality and price but still very serviceable for day to day office ware. That said, I still would rather spend my money at MW because the sales people are much more helpful.

i'd say neither. You can score a WAY better suit at nordstrom rack or neiman marcus last call or even eBay for the same money. Look for canvassing vs fused construction if you want it to last. Also make sure its made of wool. Breathes better and lasts longer than the poly blends the cheaper suits are made of.

I bought my last 2 suits from NM last call. Quality is substantially higher than my suit from MW and actually cost less. Get my ties from there as well, wait for the big sales where everything in the store is 15-25 percent off.

Yea i snagged a couple Hickey Freeman suits there a while back for under $300/ea. Nordstrom Rack is the place to go for ties. Picked up 3 Zegna ties there for $26/ea last week on final clearance. Talbott best of class hand sewn ties are usually around 35 bucks normal price.

Lands end makes some good shirts. You should check out Charles Tyrwhitt. Online shirt company from England. Good quality and they're relatively inexpensive. They have A LOT of options as well.
