    Your license would get suspended either way. Refusing to blow would give you a longer suspension.

Most people won't even be bothered unless you give the officer a reason to suspect you of being drunk or over the legal limit.

    Depends on the cop then...one like we have on here you will likely get thanked for your service and told to have a nice day. But if you get pulled over by a LEO with an ego, then you will likely get detained and made to prove that you are not intoxicated...up to the point of an arrest for being impaired despite a negative BAC.

    If you have "dizzy spells" maybe you shoudnt be driving? You dont have to be intoxicated to be an impaired driver.
