When Texas first passed the law for left lane for passing only, I was on I-30, leaving out of Texarkana at 11:30pm and a DPS pulled me over for driving in the left lane. (The right lane was full of potholes). He was nice about it and didn't give me a ticket, but I was thinkin, WTF! since there wasn't another car in sight.

It wasn't me they were doing it at it was a truck beside me doing 80+ on PGBT and a little Kia flashing the lights. I say if you are doing 10+ over and the car has to wait 5 seconds to over they can wait.

I always give someone ample time to move over before I flash, but if I give them time, and then flash, and they still have time/space to move and don't, I have this almost uncontrollable urge to pass on the shoulder.
