    It is pretty small, 27x17. It's just big enough to kick back and relax and listen to the waterfall. Should be done in a couple weeks.

    We just got our estimate last night, and it was ~ $500/ft. Damn, and that was with no landscaping. Ouch!

    27*17=459 sq ft
    459*$400=$183,600
