This is the 3D concept, Slate stamped decking, 12" raised spa,4x8 w/6 jets, bench seat, Polaris pump, pool is 27x14 or 17 can't remember. Sun bathing deck, Felix steps, dual drainage, stones ect, stone waterfall and bubble fountain. It's a 4-5-4 depth pool, nothing too fancy. Even gonna overlay my existing patio to make it all match.

I'll pm you if you wanna know exactly what I paid.

For a no frills hole in the ground maybe. Throw in a spa, variable speed pump, decking (which gets $$ fast), stone, raised spa and the cost goes up quickly.

Is there a general price per foot costs to use as a guideline for cost around this area?

I upgraded the pump to a whisper system, it's not variable speed.

    Single speed pump or variable?

Single speed is a terrrrrible idea. Huge electric bills, noise, etc.

    You want a variable.

But like I said, no recent experience with any company. Just an FYI, having a swimming pool gets OLD after a few years, and you'll start thinking "man I could have had some great vacations with this money I spent"

Funny you say that, I'm going to Cabo in two weeks for 5 days. I can't wait.

They are starting my pool today, I went with a mineral filtration system. It's a small pool as well, only 78 ft.
