Stand Your Ground should though, and I believe there is a clause which states you can use such force protecting the property of others (at least in TX), which is how Joe Horn was free and cleared.

Well I stand corrected, I wasnt aware of all the facts & made a premature judgement.

One thing to remember is that it was not unlawful to ignore the 911 dispatcher - in regards to following. The reason I find that important, is EVEN IF he followed and Trayvon got pissed off about it - it is still not illegal to do so.

Of course, if Trayvon lived there and Z followed him into his home or something - that's different. As I understand the circumstances though, no foul on Zimmerman's part. It maybe annoying, especially if up to no good - but not illegal.
