Im trying to talk my dad into going. If so we are either taking his Road Runner fresh from paint, OR my C6. He wants to take his Mustang and I told him to stop being dilusional. It barely runs and gets like 7 mpg.

There's a chance I will be able to do it this year, but not making any promises. The car ought to be done, registered, and driving by then. I like the sound of the Little Rock and back.

Dentguru and I are planning to long haul with a few other guys...he's talking about taking his 85', and I'm hoping to have the old truck together, but if not I'll just be in my 13' (comfort and AC ).

We will attend and should have a car ready by then. But not enough free time to make the long haul. Once the current project gets wrapped up, I hope to start making a few local car get togethers in search of someone that does paint and bodywork.

I really wished I could make it. But I simply don't have the days in the US left this year and the car is not ready. Hell hasn't been since last years short trip.

I had this same conversation yesterday with a coworker. He's long hauling, we are talking about running up to either Texarkana and back or up to LR and back.

Doubt I'll try to make it. Maybe just too dang hot to try and attempt at that time of the year. Still considering though.

Sadly for me and my family, we will not be available. The car is down for computer issues and I won't be in the States with enough time to fix it or make the trip.
Dad and I will be, I'll be taking my 3 year old so I don't know how much of the run we're going to make, but i figure at least two stops.
