Well, I didn't wanna look like a douche! Y'all actually passed me on 35 heading north in the rain. I had no idea y'all were pulling off the freeway at the same Loves until I pulled off and needed to get to the fuel island to fill-up. Whoever was driving the F-150 was actually in my way, and Chris in the Judge actually pointed at him then me to let him know he was in the way and I pulled around, went inside, started pumping and walked over there and you guys were already gone! I figured I'd at least introduce myself. If you remember the black Dodge dually with the big white enclosed trailer, that was me! Glad y'all had a good time, and I wish I could have made it! I was in Detroit for the strat of it, and not too far away when it ended, but just didn't have any free time to check anything out. Maybe next year.
Damn man, should have at least thrown diesel R's at us.

Matt, the pics do look great. Mine look like crap. Apparently, it's easier to hang out a door than drive and shoot thru the window or a buggy windshield.
I need to take a photography class as well.
Yea, windshields make for crap lenses.
Photography isn't that hard. It's just controlling what light enters the camera. Sensitivity (ISO), shutter speed and aperature are the three things you have to worry about. Get used to those and you can get some decent pictures, if you have the gear to do so.
Am I the only one that noticed the picture of him BUFFING his car in the hotel parking lot in the dark? Mine was two down from his. How bout hookin a brotha up with a buff next time? Damn
I work cheap.
You should have ponied up when you guys went into the liquor store for tasty beverages.

Um ya. Well see what had happen was..... It's broke. Sounds like a rod bearing again. This motor is going away and a completely diff motor will go back in
Then Saturday night dad called and he had hit something in the road in the 60 sedan and broke his oil pan and didn't notice that he lost oil pressure and it is all but locked up now
Soooo looks like we are both getting new setups soon
I went to start mine Saturday to take it out to Beach st and found the battery was stone DEAD. Charged it and then found the motor was breaking up like it is on a two step rev limiter. Great. Add a draw and rough running to the list. I aint mad!
Looks like we all had a tough time when we got home...
I took the Shelby out for a drive the next day and found a dead bug on the grill.
What a bitch!
Thanks for the compliments. It helps when you have good gear. Everyone shttp://www.dfwmustangs.net/forums/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=718864hould realize that those shots are unedited straight out of the camera.
I was so worried about dropping the camera and having it ding your door. Also, I was trying to keep my heavy upper body braced while trying to keep my feet down and off of your dash and other interior parts.
The DVDs are ready to drop off tomorrow. They should be to everyone in the next couple of days.
Thanks Matt. I wasn't sure if you got my text.
There are several pics that we are going to get developed and in some frames.
Matt got some awesome shots of everything out there, anybody needing work should really consider using him.
I think next year we will try and do the whole trip as well, Garrett will be almost 4 by the time it rolls around next year, gonna have to take him. Dad has already been searching the net for an old station wagon to haul all the grandkids in lol.

Me too, but I would like to see the vid of a certain Mustang handing him his ass.
Also, great pix Matt. Can't believe you were able to get such good shots - hanging out of a window like that.
