On a serious not, but that charity bullshit. If they won 5.5 million they shouldn't get a fucking dime in charity. I understand you lost your kid and I'd probably die in sadness if that was me no bullshit. The company was Rent1st....and with the new vehicles, motorcycles, four wheelers, mods, trips and cruises, and other frivolous things on their Facebook, I'd say they're taking advantage of the kindness of others and using their son's death to garner sympathy.

It is entirely possible that they agreed on an out of court settlement and then the company declared bankruptcy. I have seen it happen with our tenants and generally it is a stalling tactic to get them more time to file.
