He's out and not living in the neighborhood. Yes they're felony charges but no priors so the best I can hope for is probation from what the sheriff told me. When his trial is over I'm filing a civil suit to cover my losses. He stole a lot while he was in the house as well. I kind of lucked out, we were in combat operations on our way to Congo and Zaire. We did not go through the hole wadding through garbage etc. We did get pepper sprayed and beat to shit durring riot training. Hazing enough right there.
