It doesn't happen as often as you think. It's really not all that common any more that U.S. Navy ships go into the southern hemisphere. Usually, it's to go to Australia for a port visit.

He's out and not living in the neighborhood. Yes they're felony charges but no priors so the best I can hope for is probation from what the sheriff told me. When his trial is over I'm filing a civil suit to cover my losses. He stole a lot while he was in the house as well. The prick even took my Shellback plaque that is of no importance to anyone but me, that's what I want back the most but I'm sure it's in a land fill somewhere now.
