A famous rapper that was popular in the 90s. He took PCP one night, flipped out ripped out his GF's guts and ate them. He was found going crazy in the middle of the street naked one night. Now he's in jail for life. Had he been apprehended at the fit of his rage, he probably could have done some more damage. Just my thoughts. Look it up. The officer tried to retreat numerous times to defuse the situation before opening fire, the school said.

If he is crazy enough to chase down an officer that is giving him commands to stop all the while AFTER he was caught naked beating on the windows of a police station, he more than likely is on something that will be non-effective to a taser shot or two. Given all of these drug raged idiots that eat people, I still think he did the right thing.
