I find it somewhat plausible, they are the people that are in the building all of the time, just look for anything that looks out of place or wires protruding etc.. Yes there is more to it than that but they are not asking them to try and defuse anything just possibly identify it. Now, since it seems they have never addressed it with the employees or offered to provide detection training it is a problem.

Clearly not you if you're overworked and underpaid.Originally posted by BlackGT View PostWho are you asking?
Haha, I understand. I'm looking at going to one of the bigger hospitals around DFW and some of the things you post make me hope it is not where I'm hoping to end up.Originally posted by 8mpg View PostId rather not say... my work already likes to snoop facebook profiles. We do have our own in house disaster/risk management team.

lol.. unfortunately its everywhere. Honestly though, I think my work is a great facility that has large capabilities for the size it is. I work with great physicians and other staff. Id even to as far as to say I feel comfortable sending my family and myself there for medical care.Originally posted by downshift_me View PostClearly not you if you're overworked and underpaid.

it is for them...when you dont follow the bagillion policies, you get the blame and work throws you under the busOriginally posted by no4njnk View PostWe recently hired people for HR and safety, we have had more policies in one year than we did in the past 5. Guess they think it is job security.

I literally LOL'dOriginally posted by Duncan View PostI would like to know the criteria which this 'Director' uses to select this individual.
I was once chosen to 'volunteer' for the defibrillator class at my last employer, but I refused. When asked why, I said 'who am I to interfere with Natural Selection?'...they never volunteered me for anything else. I did not care for anyone that worked there, and was quite surprised most of them had lived as long as they had. That place was full of stupid!Originally posted by LeahBest balls I've had in my mouth in a while.
