    Semantics are very important, if you ask me. They are the differences in most things in life.
    A piece of foam insulation broke off during take off, striking the wing. If you are travelling the speed limit on the way to work, just as you've done every morning previously, and a tie rod breaks, would you say that it was your speed that made you veer off the road and caused the accident? No.
