And this might be a dumb question, but can i just buy a new top mattress and use my box springs or should/do i need to buy a new box spring as well? That 550 for a queen seems like a killer deal.Originally posted by UserX View PostI can't sleep on anything else now. Best part for me is I can't feel my wife toss and turn, and vice versa.

I don't use a box spring, I just use cheap wooden slats from Ikea. But there's no reason you can't use a box spring, and there's no need to buy a new one.Originally posted by Randy View PostAnd this might be a dumb question, but can i just buy a new top mattress and use my box springs or should/do i need to buy a new box spring as well? Is that what you did with your latest entitlement benefits check?Originally posted by Josh.0 View Postyep, but a mattress from Costco use it for a few years and return it... no questions asked
People do that for the holidays, they come buy a new mattress or two for their guest's and when they leave it gets returned to Costco great idea

You take this innernet stuff too seriously if you think anybody's ego would or should actually be affected by it. I will now make it a point however to never set foot in or spend any money in a COSTCO, so thank you for sharing.Originally posted by Josh.0 View PostActually I work there and see it everyday, that is our policy and we stand by it
I hope your ego feels awesome.

Hey Sean. Thanks for the kind words. I hope you enjoy the bedOriginally posted by BMCSean View PostIf anyone needs a bed you need to talk to Mike (The Sarge) before you go anywhere else. I saw his post in the hook-up thread and gave him a shout; he got us a ridiculous deal and we can't thank him enough! Best of all we went to a different location and tried out the beds to see what we wanted and then I just called him and he took care of everything over the phone in 10min and got it to us much cheaper than the 60% year end clearance price. If you can read this thank a teacher. Sometimes you can re-use boxes sometimes you can't. Depends on quality, age, and condition. Just stop by or call and we'll talk. Memory foam is the way to go IMO if it is in the budget and you like the way it feels. Comfort is king in the bedding game. Some people just don't like the way memory foam feels and that's okay too. You should try lots of beds before picking one.Originally posted by Randy View PostI have a pillow top, are the memory foam beds that much better? My mattress is about 7 years old now and looking to replace it soon.
I have not had much success with the cheaper memory foam beds. They tend to give a quicksand feeling and sleep very warm.
We offer a 1 year trial btw. Makes it hard to get the wrong bed.
Anyone needing my help with any mattress questions, just PM me.
Thanks
