Multiply that x5 or 10, and that's how much advertising they do about no seatbelt in Detroit. Look-around if you're ever in Detroit, nobody wears their seatbelt!

I had a cop on a motorcycle do that to me on I-35 @ Manana before. He walks out into the left lane and waves me down. I pull over and this black BMW pull over behind me, he tells me he was waving the BMW down, I could go. I was relieved but at the same time was like, what a fucking idiot to step out on a highway to wave people down to write tickets.
