Just pretend to try and work it out. Smooth talk her, then ask, "Why did you cheat on me?"
Record her response and make sure she gets no money.

Just because she was lets say texting to said guy all the time and late at night, she will just say they are friends to judge.
For texting, you have to have proof like. "I can't wait to fuck you again" and among other things.

Also, make sure you have put into the decree that you get to claim at least 1 of the kids on your annual tax return. You have to pay taxes on the money that she will get for child support, you can't deduct any of it from your taxable income, and she doesn't have to claim it as income on her taxes... Only fair that you get to claim at least one of the kids...
I did this on my decree and it makes a big difference every year come tax time...

thats why i want to be fair with her, because kids will still have to live with her half the time and i dont want her or them suffering. i know she doesnt make as much, but i just want to agree on something fair and not get dirty. thats why i just wanted to talk to someone and see legally what really are the options

Your fucked!
Women are greedy money grubbing whores! They think they deserve every god damn nickel you make and it doesn't matter if they make more or less than you.

25% of your income and you're going to have to cover health care. Even with 50/50, this is what she's entitled to. You or your lawyer will have to get her to agree to anything less than that. Good luck getting a judge to rule on anything other than that, if she won't agree.
And no, it's not 25% of a difference in salary. It's 25% of your gross income. Her income doesn't matter.
