Of course there is probably more to the story. I could see a kid forcing one out, the class cracking up, and the teacher getting on the kid's ass. The kid then did it again one or more times.

Yes, by word of the teacher or principal. Honestly I don't understand how this shit would hold up in court. Get some rich parents with lawyers and really fuck over the system. Throw in a wrongful action suite against the school just to shake things up.
