I can't type enough to elaborate but all of these charges were thrown out and have been expunged. The bond alone cost me 45k. I wanted to file a complaint with the bar on the DA but he killed himself.

I also personally know a man who has been a client of mine for many years who was an ADA in Dallas county and he has told me up front that he knowingly sent innocent men to prison and to death row. They even made a movie about one of the men that he sent to death row who was later cleared of wrong doing.

i pulled over on the side of the road thinking i was doing the right thing :/ oh well lesson learned. that was in 2001. ive only even been pulled over twice since then.
