yeah, methformin worked great. but it makes me sick to my stomach, and it hit without warning. Thats a real bad thing in the oilfield. lol

They just put me on janumet last Thursday. Too soon to really tell to much. Wish the pills were smaller though

For anyone cutting out carbs and surgars, do you basically stay on a ketogenic diet for life or do you just find that middle ground where you can eat a certain amount of carbs? I've been doing the CKD diet (cyclical ketogenic diet) to lose fat but I have concerns about staying on that long term due to the high fat intake.
