Sterling is 92.5%, or should be. It doesn't bring in direct scrap prices in proportion with the silver content either. It greatly varies from place to place, but Dallas Gold and Silver is a good bet at getting fair pricing.

Silver isn't just silver, there are varying degrees of currency and coins that have a higher than spot price on silver. Depends on the mint where it was minted, the volume produced, etc.
