If the car is on pump gas or E85 and it has a roots-type blower, there's no reason Manny couldn't have the car drive able. Either something is wrong mechanically (squirrelly vacuum leak or a bad MAF table etc.) or we need the other side of the story. Pretty clean cut and dry.

I'm not sure there is another side to the story. I didn't want this to turn into a bashfest, though I guess I forgot where I was for a minute, but was merely looking for alternatives. So far, I have nothing but praise for HPP, they delivered a fast car. Now I need the driveable part that they said they could deliver. Doesn't seem like a tall order, I know they can do it.
