The statute states the required info includes the VIN of the vehicle covered.

There are tons of dealerships/rental agencies/fleets with "All owned and/or non owned vehicles" on the card. This is in violation.

I've always wanted to get a copy of one and use it as my own since they can't prove it doesn't cover mine.

The statute also says you have to show a policy. Ever had anyone hand you their policy? Somehow I doubt it.

Actually you can do that in a roundabout way, you post a $50K bond with the state.
