You wouldn't believe the guidelines they have to adhere to. They make feeding anyone very difficult.

Also, fries aren't fried anymore in 95% of schools. Any schools that still have fryers, no longer receive federal dollars to feed those children. They still have fries, but they are oven baked. Pizza is still a staple, but pizza sauce is also considered to be equivalent to a vegetable serving.

I am 5'6 and I start feeling fat as shit at about 175. I try to stay in the 155-165 range. When I was competing in bjj I would compete at 139 or 149 and I was dead sexy, but carbs are fucking tasty.
