New Belgium's 1554 was my go-to this week

the 1554 isnt bad, ive had it several times.

i'm leaning towards oskar blues old chub since i dont feel like driving to dallas to mix and match at the total wine.

went to my local brookshires and got a mix and match. they had two stone ipa (couldnt pass that up) and i grabbed a deschutes black butte porter, torpedo extra ipa, sam adams winter lager, and a murphys stout (never heard of it)

Stopping by the burleson HEB today too see if they have any of the good winter stuff.

I bought some Brooklyn Black Chocolate stout for last night. 10% abv and is $6.99 for a 4 pack.

yea the murphys was legit, very similar to guinness, but creamier imo

also got a six of full sail wassail winter ale which is pretty delicious as well.

Peticolas Velvet Hammer is my favorite winter beer, it's also a top choice in the summer though. A red-brown ale, at 9% and it hides it well. Well I mean other than St. Bernardus ABT 12.
