Well decided to gamble a little more today. Bought 85 shares of VRX. Either going to lose my shirt or make a little over the next few weeks/months.

Are you adding at these low levels to bring down your average? Just curious.
Not to EXXI. The only thing I've added to was enable midstream (enbl). My last remaining funds I dumped into Frost Bank (cfr), and it's doing well. I realize I could be lowering my average position pretty significantly but I'm just don't adding money to my ameritrade account.

    I've held EXXI since $16.47.
It has had a couple big days lately.

Look into the penny stock HSCC. It routinely has 150% days.
It just bounces back and forth from
$.002 to $.005 and back down. Every couple days.

it was all after the fact naturally. I can't find the article but I want to say it was someone that was trained by Tim Sykes but I can't remember now. I read it on CNN a few years back.

yeah this guy did the two year period and then stopped to "train people". I agree if it were that easy obviously more people would be doing it and doing it better.

He was using software and his goal was just to be positive in every trade he made regardless of amount. Sometimes he would make $1 sometimes he'd make hundreds (obviously he lost some too.) It was all about volume for him though. If you were disciplined enough I could see it being possible. The more money you had invested the harder it would be I would think.

Great for a goal, doesn't mean they're hitting it. If someone ever tells you they average 1% a day, run ... fast.
