If its the same story I saw, the good samaritan who helped was pretty pissed off.

He was an off duty officer, said it was the worst thing he had vever seen. I would have lodt my shit on the trash filming. One of my greatest fears is rolling up on an emergency situation and not being able to do everything I can and the person/people passing in front of me. I can't even fathom stealing/filming in that situation.
