As classy as the Yacht Club is, it's a pretty exclusive (small) place.

I am open to other options. I probably wouldn't make the trip to Addison, personally, but I would be there in spirit.

But in actuality, they often fire up grills and/or smokers and cook a bunch of food on certain busy weekends and stuff. I think for Cowboy games and stuff like that. I don't think they even charge for it, but I may be wrong.

One of the last times I was there they ordered a crap ton of pizzas and let people eat them for free.

I bet if we called them and gave them an estimate of how many people we would have, we could get them to provide food for us. That way they could also be sure to have enough booze and a couple of extra servers. Hopefully they will be just as hot as the regular bartenders/waitresses.

This will give me an excuse to put new sails on my boat and get it all shined up.

I remember when that actually happened. It was just a random G2G up in Lewisville if I recall correctly.. I don't think it was Hooters but it was right around there. I'm sure ELVIS will remember the place. I think I only went there once or twice.

Guess I missed that. Last year there was only one, at the Back 9. Year before there was one at FnH and Back 9, I believe. Back 9 is central to DFW and has been the sites main GTG spot since before I was even on here. I don't see any reason to change it. I also seriously doubt the San Francisco Rose would be interested in having us back after Fred got caught ripping off their liquor.

Yeah, we only did one last year, and maybe the year before too. We did dual parties for 2-3 years.

I wouldn't say Addison is very central but there are enough people to the north and east that it made sense to be up there.

I will be the first to acknowledge, she just tells me where we are going. She usually makes all of the arrangements. The few times I have tried to organize stuff it didn't work out great.

Though I think the first time I met you was at a cruise to the cruise I organized (helped at least), and had a good turn out! Must have been 2005?
