I think the Eric Garner thing is a bigger deal. I don't think it was homicide, because I think those cops expected to be able to get control of him, and go about their day. Manslaughter/negligent homicide maybe. The bigger deal is the cop shooting the 12 year old in Cleveland. I'm waiting for that to blow up.
