I have a 93. 331 stroker, GT40 intake, Anderson cam, trick flow heads, lite flywheel, 3:73 gears, all poly suspension, 6 point roll cage, upper and lower BBK control arms, rear and front upper and lower strut tower braces, big brakes, and racing seats. Also haS lowering springs and heavy sway bar. It is rough and raqged to drive even though it does have full AC. But, I like it more than my Shelby. Go figure. If you like a hot rod, a Fox is a hot rod.

It's within arguing range, but I wouldn't pay asking for sure.

So the most sought after would be a low mileage, black interior, original 5.0, 5 spd, with minimal/tasteful mods. There should be no major problems, heat and AC should work, no wrecks or shortcuts taken like dumped exhaust. SSP is also somewhat sought after, but usually a personal preference thing. 86-88 were originally speed density cars which isn't a real problem unless you add a big cam. 87-89 were tilt column non-airbag cars. 89-93 Were all mass air from the factory, again this is helpful with a big cam. 79-85 were not fuel injected. 86 was the first year of fuel injected but had flat top pistons with no valve reliefs, it was also the only fuel injected 4 eye. 93 cars switched from forged to hyperutectic pistons.

Fyi the white coupe in Wichita is a repaint with a rusted out rocker panel. Guy had agreed to 7500 with a buddy of mine and my buddy walked away after seeing the rust. Whiteboy has been spot on along with bird dog.

I don't think the SSPs are worth the additional $$ they have currently been getting.

Little bit of incorrect information here. 1984 was the first year for fuel injection & only on AOD cars. This CFI Central Fuel Injection is not desirable for performance but did exist. First year for modern SEFI was 1986. Tilt was also available in earlier years, at least as early as 1984.
