How are 05-09 GTs holding up?

Are they worth a damn once you slap one of those new blower kits on them? Still looking into getting another mustang, and I've decided it doesn't necessarily have to be a fox.

100k miles they need new motors. Replaced many of them cars and truck 3v's suck cause of that

What goes wrong? I mean, I know the cam phasers are an issue if they aren't well maintained, but it's not horrible to fix.

Mine is at roughly 480 to rear. Good enough for me for now. Some reason I want to get a tune for some corn, but not sure if that's good or not for my model. I might just sit still on what i got now till I plan for a motor build later in future.

I saw some kind of weird replacement kit on "Truck Tech" for them. It was $200 i think, but they said you'll never have the problem again.

Screw the 3v, I already am seeing decent 11s for under 20k.

If you are set on an 05 style though I am sure they will be cheap...
