An easement does not make it not private property, it just means you cannot block access to that part of your property, or must allow others to access it. You are still responsible for maintaining it.

Last Sunday I had a few guests over. Garage full, so 4 cars parked in the driveway. The last two cars were over the sidewalk but not sticking out in the street.

Fort Worth cop knocked on my door-------- 3pm ish. Sir you need to move your cars from across the sidewalk................ or I will write those two cars tickets. WTF

Must have been a slow day for FWPD. But the officer informed me that I do not own the property from the sidewalk to the street.

I looked it up and, yep it is a violation to impede the sidewalk.

I bet if I stop cutting the grass (I do not own) between the sidewalk and the street, I would hear about it.

The ADA probably requires them to enforce keeping the sidewalks clear of cars. Another issue is ice, I understand that if a pedestrian is injured because of slipping on the sidewalk in front of your house that you can be sued.

My old lady got a ticket for that in our driveway in Arlington. She'd parked in that same spot for over 2 years, and suddenly they hit us with a $185 ticket. No warning, no knock on the door, nothing. She decided to drag it through the court system just for the sake of making the city earn their money. No lawyer or anything, and the cop showed up to court, but she still won. Something in the wording of the law about willfully obstructing the sidewalk, and they couldn't prove that she was the one driving or that she blocked it intentionally. She didn't really even talk, the judge did everything.
