I must've been in the white section. All of my neighbors were white. Besides, you were like three in the early/mid 90's.

The apartments may have been "new" then, but they were still section 8, thus white was a minority in that area. No. I moved out of that berg in 05'. Of the people that I mentioned only one lives there. Of the other two one lives is Austin and one lives in Flower Mound.

This was 19 years ago when it wasn't an "up and coming" area. I lived in the apartments just off Esters and Northgate. From what I understand West of Belt Line in that area was still predominantly white bread.

One owns a lot more then just a GT-R. One that I know bought the first Shelby GT500KRs available in the Dallas area and at the time I thought that was pretty sweet. Another in Rockwall has a Lexus LFA, a couple of Vipers and some Ferraris.

Do you know how much the pool industry generates per year in the DFW area? Nearly 25k pools are built per year in this market and between new construction and the servicing of existing pools this is a multi-billion dollar industry in north TX. If I have to explain to you the value of a business that generates a recurring monthly income stream then you have no business sense. I am also not "Just" a pool guy.
