    We replaced a battery today under warranty. It was a 75 month battery, and it was 71 months old. He has $1.52 of pro-rate credit. In Texas, 71 months on a battery is pretty damned good. We've actually been getting quite a few in lately that are 7+ years old.

      My wife's battery just died last month - oem nearly 7 years old.

        Thats cheap. I paid 150.00 for my Camaro couple months back, 150.00 this morning for my F150. They do have 850 and 820 CCA tho.

                I think jeep had a bad run of batteries. my wife has a '12 wrangler that just turned 30k, and the factory battery went out in January. wouldn't even jump off my Tacoma with a new optima or a jump box. No indication beforehand, never ran it down before, factory audio, no winch or anything. Stopped for gas and that was it. Apparently its not that uncommon.
