I bought a helmet. Still trying to get the time/courage to go to a practice night at Desoto. I wanna check out the pump track at Frisco first. It looks killer.

Just went today it was bad ass and there's older guys out there too.. actually more than kids lol..

I found a bike for me as well.. this guy out there was riding a 22" bike.. he was a super nice guy and let me ride it.. it rides and feels identical to a 20, but subtly bigger.. absolutely perfect for a guy my size who only wants to ride it at a park or around the neighborhood.. here's a pic of it next to a 20".. (it's on the right)

I tried to use the chain off the mirraco bike but it was too short so I thought I'd be clever and use a couple of the 90's haro links.. it snapped after I made it 1/3 way down the alley fml..don johles bike world got me fixed up lol

Ever since I got my 92 pro that started this thread I wished it was a little longer and wondered how I ever fit my old SST so well as a teen... This summer I found a 99 Amtrac where the top tube is 1.5" longer than the pro and the chainstay is longer as well, plenty more room on this one and my 13 year old has stolen my 92 pro from me. I built this up over the last couple of months and it rides like a dream!

I bought a built-up Diamondback Viper from a member on the old board but left it on the porch at someone's apartment and it got stolen. Sure wish I had that thing back or could find something like your mid School BMX to replace it with.
