It's silly, but I changed my avatar for Forrest.

He gave me all kinds of shit when I put this 5.0 V-badge on the fender of the '66 after the engine swap. It made for fun debate and if I'm honest, I got a chuckle out of getting a rise out of him.

For those that aren't on FB, haven't seen it on FB, etc - Some of us that can't make the celebration will be heading to Back 9 in Addison on Thursday night to have a few drinks in his remembrance. Any and all are welcome.


I will be there between 7-8pm. Can't shut it down like we used to, I'm leaving early the next morning for vacation.

I haven't tried to measure the distance but I would say 1.5 miles or so, roughly.
