Those with concrete/paving knowledge

We are having an extension to our parking lot and this just doesn't look right. The ground was only scraped but not flattened with no road grade or even rolled.
My concern is the areas with mounds the concrete is going to be thinner and eventually crack.

Thoughts?

Even when we put concrete on the grid at the Go Kart track we had to put down sand. Don't like the looks of that.

That's a pure shit job. No bueno. And with so few rebar chairs all of that steel is going to get pushed down and provide absolutely no strength benefit. Frankly I have been in construction now 20 years and that is one of the most piss poor jobs I have ever seen.

This. If my site looked like that, they would be pulling the rebar up, prepping properly, and re setting everything. We use more chars than that pouring a standard residential deiveway!
