That place is busier than crap! Just like everything else around the S07. Pour House, 7th Haven, Freds, Love Shack, Chimy's, The Movie Tavern, Lolas and who knows what else all within a couple of blocks of each other.

If I were buying land it'd be somewhere in the Trinity River Vision area, or at least within walking distance of it. Fort Worth plans on making that section of the river recreational soon, meaning tubing/canoe rentals and probably a wakeboarding park at the minimum in one section and a riverwalk portion somewhere.

There is also TCC's downtown campus nearby now as well as TCU obviously.

A friend of mine lived out there for a year, it was a two bedroom with a loft. it was $1200 I think, but he really enjoyed it. They are neat on the inside, bathrooms, lighting, etc. It ended up being to expensive so he moved the the 7th street station off seventh street which was a lot cheaper but not as nice.

That's rad if you move out there, I'm jealous talisman! Also take a look at the trinity bluff apartments. That would probably be my first choice.

Yeahhhhh, I haven't completely worked that out yet, but there has to be areas to take them to within most complexes. Probably small, but she doesn't need an acre to take a dump.

I was accosted by one of those stumpfuckers next to Bass Hall the other night. I politely informed him that he needed to get a fucking life. Almost worse than being asked for change by a homeless person. Next time I'll just call Jimmy.
