That would depend largely on what your priorities are. I'm single with no kids, have a good job and go to college. What else should I be doing, out saving the world?

Yes, but choosing a place to live based on where chicks drink within walking distance is a whole other story.

    For you.

For others socializing and hanging out in bars when they are single is a top priority.

    But, judge on

I work in the Wells Fargo Tower off 2nd and Main. I want to move out here so bad but my dumb ass purchased a house in Mansfield a year and a half ago. It does get pricey when you are right in downtown but there are some apartments further down 7th street that are cheaper and still nice. A buddy of mine just got a loft off 6th and Houston I think and that he pays $1350! I plan on moving out there right when I can sell my house with out having to pay my first time buyer credit back. 8.0's and ojo's loco's for lunch will just have to do for now, lol.

I looked into it when I was looking for my apartment, I like downtown Fort Worth, but it was out of my price range. If you can afford it, go for it.

I'd love to live downtown if I were single. Need a shop/garage though.

Just saying from back when I worked downtown. The average condo was going for $400k.

I've found a bunch of stuff in the 150k range. Nice, too.

No, because had I not moved to Tarrant County we likely would not have ended up together.
