Thanks for the drink offer, I am in North Richland Hills now but will goto Arlington still quite often for now.
Well that is sure going to put a hamper on my computer repairs. Good luck to ya though, hopefully it works out for the best.

Other than being married, I've always lived alone. Prefer to take care of my stuff the way I like it, not worry about someone else fucking something up, not paying a bill, etc. You'll get use to it. TV will be your friend, LOL!

Got the wife and kid now and things are great, so it seems like a lifetime ago, but when I was young and single I lived alone for a 4 or 5 years and I loved it. It never even occurred to me that it could or would suck to live alone. It was awesome. But then, I grew up an only child, so it wasn't a big transition.
It's all in your mind set man. If you embrace the up side, you'll own it. If you allow yourself to dwell the down side, it'll own you.

Just go out. Gym, take a class at TCC, whatever it takes to get out and interact with people. Hell, take a conditioning class at TCC and kill two birds with one stone. $50-$60 for a semester of gym access and you'll meet a few people. I loved my conditioning class, but it probably had something to do with a stripper being in the class and would always wear super slutty workout clothes and flirt with me a lot.

I live alone and I enjoy it. I find that it is easier to keep the house clean and get work done.
Also, I can walk around naked without offending anyone. Shit is awesome.

I have got used to it now. I start dating someone then figure out there is no way in hell I can live with this person and I am not sure I can live with another one. It gets lonely sometimes but I don't have to cater or deal with anyone's bullshit which is a Huge +!
Take some free time and go to school. I am not sure where ya stay at but if ya need someone to have a drink with around east Ft Worth / Arlington area holla.

It definitely has its pros and cons... Its was nice when I had a shitty day at work, and just wanted some peace and quiet, but I'm anti-social so my opinion doesn't mean much I guess
Sounds like some house warming pussy is needed, start going down the list.

I used to but I kinda liked it. I'd goto the gym and other public areas for social interaction but I did like the seclusion

Who lives alone?
Ok, my first time being alone in my own place, was married before then had a couple of roomies after the divorce. Moved back into my Mom's house due to anxiety issues (even with roomies) after divorce.
Well have been there way too long so this is day 1 in my new place (alone) and I'm feeling like shit.
I just hope something fucking clicks because this sucks. Sure place is nice but I just don't feel it right now.
I'm sure I will get some don't be a pussy responses and I surely understand that.Tags: None
