    Due process is what will clear the man. Because of the nature of police work he will given the benefit of the doubt even though I believe that he was wrong to kill the man.

    OJ was indicted, tried, and found not guilty. Would you have been happier if the judge had ignored the jury and just sent him to prison?

    Lets get back to naynay's original point. The shooting in Baton Rouge was probable justified. The still shot that we keep seeing on the news was picked because it makes it look like the officers had control of the man and then shot him.

    The shooting up north looks like voluntary manslaughter to me and I believe that the officer needs to be prosecuted but we all know that he will not be.
