Alternator is hitting the hood. It's not going to fit

The alternator will bolt to the block down low driver side. Have to make some spacers to line pulley up but it'll work.

I just took off a low mileage Ls3 water pump if you're wanting to switch to car accessories.

Cut those spacers a bit longer than you think you need. You can always take it down little by little.

Yea bolt it up like Bryan said and since you aren't going to use power steering this works out easily for you

This build sucks.

You'll need f-body or vette accessories to clear the hood. Vette still mounts the alternator up top but not nearly as high as the truck stuff. F-body mounts the alt. at the bottom under the PS pump
