Gained more ground clearance; about an inch






The transmission cross member straddles the notch and clears by about 3/8".

I started positioning the mufflers but need some 3" steel 90* to come off that 4".

Not sure. I have everything here, I just need time to work on it uninterrupted. Hard to do staying home with this kiddo.

However, I am getting "time" for Christmas. Time where my mother in law comes over in the morning and takes care of the child all day for 2 weeks while I thrash in the garage.

vacuum pump and oil separator. I had to build the brackets....of course.

What is the pump off of? Looks just like the air pump for a toyota tundra.

Yes. Notch is 1" at the apex of a 4" pipe. There is roughly 4-5' of 4" from the 3.5" turbo outlet before this notch. Right behind it, I am splitting the 4" into dalual 3" all the way out the back.

The air pump is an AC Delco. If I dig deep enough I can get the part number. I have it somewhere.

Yep. Now I need a spool gun for aluminum.

Got more practice. Built the start of the "y" from 4" to dual 3". Ran out of gas.

There is another 90* on the short 90* here and a pie slice 45* on the longer outside leg. Then it goes from a 3" steel v-band flange into aluminum.





I have more work to do in here to clean it up more.

Haha, man, it's just like anything else. Once you get some practice, you will get it down pretty easily.
