Hood scoop opinions

I'm glad that little bird suggested it . LOL Not to be a dick but I think in the straight on looking pic the scoop is off to the right about 1/16 . I could be wrong , maybe its just the pic .

Ehh I think its dead center per the ole ruler from the sides to the bolts but they may have been a hair off. I need to tweek the actual arch in the scoop just a hair as it appears a hair off from the maker I think. LOL I will re-measure it when I get it back on the car. All I would have to do is widen the holes a smidgen if I did miss the mark. It has been know to happen.

I'm not a big fan of hood scoops unless they're factoy, but I think that's gonna look great! Glad you're going to put in the effort to make it functional as well, being that's what they're made for.

But when I saw the title of the thread I thought I was going to open the thread and see something like this. lol

Yeah thats what I thought to the other day. I really think its just the point on the scoop that needs a massage with the ole sander. I got busy and just figured I would screw with it when its back on the car.
