Coil-over spring rates

Dville, I ran 175#s 14 inch long on my 86. It had an iron block and big blower. Total weight was 3600 lbs with me in it. Car rode like a caddy and carried the wheels easily on good tires... I will be keeping my front suspension exactly how it was. I'd start with a 175 or 200. For drag racing my 350s suck.
