yeah, i just sent travis the video of what my car is doing and how its better than how it was before to see if he will be able to tune it now (keeping my fingers crossed)

I agree with this and I think this is the sole problem. his engine size and large cam requires a higher base idle. I have an aggressive cam in my DSS built 306 and it won't idle worth a damn under 850rpm. if I try to idle it down it will do the same thing. SO, all you needed to do was rev the damn engine up enough to make the alt charge enough to excite the dash gauges?
Not to be an ass, but didn't I ask that in post #13?
