Possible although I wasn't having any issues before hand. But it's a pissiblity.

A loose motor is a fast motor!

Mind, I deleted the egr, so the computer should be looking for egr signal. It's my understanding that when an egr is inoperative it will run rich.

~14:1 cruising down the highway. At wot it shows 12-12.5 the entire pull.

The factory setup in the 94-95 Cobras puts the nipple about 8" in front of the tb in the intake tube. The lean issue could be caused by a slight miss. there are many reasons for the miss. I would be curious to see what your AFR looks like in open loop during idle conditions. I would like to know if it's really lean. Maybe for some reason your cas is going into open loop on occasion.
On bank 2, in open loop (first start) it fluctuates between 14:1 - 15:1 at idle. The only time it shows lean is when it's hunting for idle and surging.

System voyage goes low because my belt is slipping on the alternator.

Should be a thick bead across. G/L

I used cork gaskets and a VERY thin film of sealer. Too much sealer, and the gasket will crawl .

You're not venting all the extra blow by which creates alot more pressure inside which is probably the cause of the rear seal not holding.

And no It's just a grommet and a the Valve sets in place.

Where would I get one? I'll look in my stock Manifold and investigate
You should sell them at your store. I know O reillys does. It looks like a metal sponge in a tiny can. Sits down under pcv inside the hole.

I didn't add this feature back with the new set up, figured I wouldn't need it.
It goes before the throttle plate.

Sometimes it's fine and sometimes if I've been driving a while and go to idle, it shows 17-18:afr and gets really rough and hunts for an idle. As soon as you tip in it goes back to 14:1, and fine otherwise. I was thinking maybe a slight miss or something? Maybe tune related?

I set the idle through using the tsb method, idles good.. Most of the time.

I just want everything working 100% before I have someone tune it. No sense in tuning a turd.
    Need more base fuel pressure
