Oil leak, rear lower intake.

    It's a pcv system and from the factory they have a hose from the oil fill to the throttle body. I'm not sure if its before or after the blade.

    I didn't add this feature back with the new set up, figured I wouldn't need it.

    Something makes me think that would smooth out my idle.

    Sometimes it's fine and sometimes if I've been driving a while and go to idle, it shows 17-18:afr and gets really rough and hunts for an idle. As soon as you tip in it goes back to 14:1, and fine otherwise. I was thinking maybe a slight miss or something? Maybe tune related?

    I set the idle through using the tsb method, idles good.. Most of the time.


    I just want everything working 100% before I have someone tune it. No sense in tuning a turd.

    What he says. Toss the end gaskets. Use the Ultra Black in the pressure can. I use one wide bead then another thin bead on top with build up in the corners on both sides of the intake gaskets. Let it sit long enough to get a light skin. I use guide studs to set the intake down also. Leaves no room for you to "wiggle" the ends and fuck up your seals.

    How long after you dropped the manifold did you start the engine? If you didn't let the RTV cure you just blew it out anyway.

    Use Ultra Black...... if you're not already using it, not just a black silicone.
