Pull the bracket and rotor off and make sure you didn't loose a C clip on the axle.

Ok so I pick the back side on Jack stands. Turned it by hand. It only scrapes half the turn of the wheel. The other half turn it spins freely. . Im guessing it's not any bracket or it would scrape the whole turn of the wheel. . So I guessing maybe bent axle?

Swapped a spare axle I had. The squeaking stopped.
